제6괘 송(訟) Hexagram 6 Song (訟, Conflict)
송(訟)의 본 뜻은
서로 옳다고 주장하며
한 발짝도 물러서지 않는 자리,
말은 많아지고
마음은 점점 멀어지는 순간이다.
The original meaning of Song (訟) is
a situation where both sides insist they are right
and not a single step is yielded.
Words multiply,
while hearts grow farther apart.
송(訟)은
다툼과 소송, 갈등과 논쟁을 뜻하지만,
단순한 싸움이 아니라
*“왜 여기까지 오게 되었는가”*를 묻는 괘다.
Song means
disputes, lawsuits, conflicts, and arguments,
but it is not about a simple quarrel.
It is a hexagram that asks:
“Why have things come this far?”

- 억울함을 반드시 밝혀야 할 때 When an injustice absolutely must be brought to light
- 말로는 해결되지 않는 갈등 When there is a conflict that cannot be solved with words
- 정의와 자존심이 충돌하는 순간 When justice and pride collide
하지만 주역은 경고한다. But the I Ching gives a warning:
"작은 송사는 길하지 않고, 큰 송사는 더욱 흉하다."
